Delete your Hue Wars account and data
You can request deletion of your Hue Wars account and the player data associated with it at any time, free of charge.
How to request deletion

What to include in the email
To help us find and delete the right account, please include as much of the following as you can:
- Your in-game Support ID (open the Game → Support & Privacy → tap Copy).
- Your Google Play Games account email or display name, if you linked one.
- Your device platform (Android, iOS, etc.) and approximate region.
- The approximate date you last played.
If you no longer have access to the Game or your Support ID, please still email us — include any details that may help us identify your account (such as the email linked to your Google Play Games account, approximate purchase dates, or your in-game display name).
What happens to your data
Deleted
- Your Unity Authentication identity and any platform identity links (Google Play Games, Apple Game Center).
- Your Cloud Save data — level progression, unlocks, settings, missions, and saved game state.
- Your in-game profile and display name.
- Your Rainbow Coins, Silver Coins, Reward Tickets, unlocks, and other virtual-item balances.
- Leaderboard entries attributable to your account, where the leaderboard service permits removal.
Retained
Some data must be retained for legal or security reasons:
- Purchase records. Records of in-app purchases are retained as required by German tax and accounting law (typically up to 10 years under § 257 HGB and § 147 AO).
- Fraud / abuse-prevention records. Aggregated, anonymized, or legally necessary fraud/abuse-prevention records may be retained.
- Deletion request records. We keep a minimal log of your deletion request (email, dates, actions completed) for a limited period so we can prove we handled the request and avoid mistakes.
- Platform transaction records. Receipts and transaction data held by Google Play or the Apple App Store remain with those providers and are governed by their privacy policies, not ours.
Timeline
Deletion requests are normally processed within 30 days of receipt. We will reply to confirm when the deletion has been completed. Where applicable, we will also request deletion from the service providers that process the data for us (such as Unity for Cloud Save and authentication).
Important
Uninstalling Hue Wars from your device alone does not delete your cloud-saved progress or your linked account. To fully remove your data, please send the deletion request above.
After we confirm the deletion is processed, also uninstall the Game or clear its app storage on each device you played it on, to remove the local copy of your save data from those devices.
